Please read carefully the following steps on how the onboarding works

What is facebook integration?

Facebook integration allows you to connect 4 type of inboxes to use with our API or online omni channel connection.

1. Facebook messenger - allows people to contact you through messenger with your business page.

2. Instagram messenger - allows people to contact you through instagram messenger with your instagram page.

3. Facebook Post & Comment - allows you to write new posts and read and write new comments on your posts.

4. Instagram Post & comment - allows you to create instagram post , read and write comments and mentions.

Those 4 types of Api connections are similar but they are separated in order to allow you easy connection to the real usage you need.

Creating onboarding

Onboarding to any type of this api is done separately for your needs.

after client finishes the onboarding you can start using and getting webhooks for incoming data, and use the api to send out data.

The steps:

1. Create the onboarding link using our API or from the partners UI directly

2. Open the onboarding link (or send to your customer) that owns the facebook page (and instagram) so they can finish the onboarding.

3. Once the client finishes the onboarding, you will get a webhook notification about it. you can set and see the webhook information under "Settings->Webhook" API.
